About Fleet Strike

Fleet Strike is a free naval strategy game that runs in your browser on phone and desktop, with no download or sign-up. Place your five ships on your grid, or auto-place them, then take turns firing at the enemy grid. A hit tells you that you are on target. Sink the whole enemy fleet before the computer admiral, which hunts by probability, sinks yours. Win in fewer shots for a higher leaderboard score.

Controls
Click or tap a ship, then a cell on your grid to place it (or Auto-place). Click or tap the enemy grid to fire.
Length
8 min per round

Tips

  1. Fire in a checkerboard pattern. Every ship covers at least two cells, so you can skip half the grid while hunting.
  2. After a hit, test the four neighbors, then follow the line until the ship sinks.
  3. Spread your ships out and avoid obvious edge rows. The admiral plays the odds, so don't make them easy.
